The operational structure of Indicomm Global Limited is co-ordinated by an experienced director led project management team. Indicomm provides a dedicated project management team responsible for all office and field-based activities associated with telecommunications field service delivery.
Our services cover materials sourcing, installation of copper / fibre / data networks, site design, construction, mechanical and electrical building services (e.g. power, air conditioning), base station build and roll-out, logistics, network implementation, de-installation and network rationalisation.
All Indicomm Project Management staff have gained their experience over many years of working in a service delivery capacity within the subsea or mobile telecommunications industry, giving us a unique understanding of the key deliverables and the main problems related to undertaking field installation activity.
